Senior Sales Manager VCbattery US / Canada (m/f/d)

What you can expect
  • Responsible for all sales activities in the US/Canadian EV battery market across the whole value chain
  • Building up the market / networking with relevant players in this segment and establish and maintain a high-performance sales network in the region 
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned region in line with overall corporate goals and objectives
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and effective sales operations at the regional level
  • Analyze market trends, formulate effective strategies and set ambitious sales targets, quotas and KPIs for the region and develop action plans
  • Monitor and optimize sales performance and continuously look for opportunities to improve sales processes, efficiency and productivity in the region
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, e.g. marketing and customer service
  • In the U.S. we are located in Atlanta, but this is a remote position
What you should bring
  • Preferred: Engineering background (chemistry ideal) / MBA
  • 5+ years of experience in capital equipment sales - preferably in NDT - and proven sales management experience
  • Knowledge in industrial X-ray applications and / or knowledge in the EV Battery industry 
  • Knowledge in industrial X-ray with a focus on CT applications preferred
  • Engineering / Chemistry background in the battery domain preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Familiarity with CRM software and tools in sales
  • High communication skills 
  • Ability to quickly understand customer needs and provide necessary answers
  • Project closing mentality
  • English (native preferred)
  • Spanish (as potential add on)
