US Regional Sales Representative (m/f/d)

What you can expect
  • Responsible for targeted sales activities in the US Region 
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy in the US Region for your targeted accounts that align with our overall corporate goals and objectives 
  • Focus on achieving a high level of customer satisfaction 
  • Develop action plans by market segment to grow VisiConsult’s US business 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, e.g. marketing, engineering, applications team and customer service
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting to US Region GM and WW Sales Leadership
  • Proven ability to work with alternative distribution channels 
What you should bring
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, sales, marketing or a related field 
  • 5+ years of experience in capital equipment sales - preferably in NDT - and proven sales and customer relationship building experiences
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth 
  • Solid knowledge of sales techniques, methods and best practices
  • Familiarity with CRM software and tools
  • Strategic and analytical mindset as well as strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics, industry standards, and competitive landscape
  • Results-oriented thinking with a focus on achieving measurable results 
  • Interpersonal skills, negotiation skills as well as very good communication skills in English (German is a plus)
  • Strong leadership and sales partner management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire in accordance with our company values
