US Region Service Manager (m/f/d)

As the US Region Service Manager (m/f/d), you’ll be part of a rapidly growing and innovative company that thrives on cutting-edge technology and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

  • Lead and Inspire: Recruit, hire, train, and manage a talented team of service technicians to ensure top-quality service delivery across the region
  • Customer Excellence: Resolve customer inquiries and issues with efficiency and empathy, guaranteeing satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships
  • Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, develop and implement processes to enhance efficiency, and monitor KPIs for optimal department performance. Manage scheduling and priorities for field service team. Supervise service team providing guidance on complex system issues and technical escalations, assist with parts ID
  • Financial Oversight: Manage the department’s budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and maintaining profitability. Grow customer contract agreements and spare parts programs
  • Maintain Quality: Implement high standards of service quality, and lead your team in continuous improvement. Assure staff training (both equipment and OSHA), compliance reporting and documentation
  • Service Productization: Collaborate with the commercial team to create and market service packages that meet client needs while driving revenue
What you should bring
  • 5+ years of experience in technical service, customer service, service management, or related roles, ideally for NDT related solutions
  • Strong technical knowledge, electronic, electrical and mechanical solutions; experience in the field of X-ray systems is a plus
  • Leadership potential: Experience in managing or guiding a team is a bonus, but if you’re ready to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you!
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks, CRM systems, or other software tools is helpful, but we can train you
  • Willingness to travel if required and driving license
  • Customer-first mindset and problem-solving ability
  • Strong communication skills
