- Lead and Inspire: Recruit, hire, train, and manage a talented team of service technicians to ensure top-quality service delivery across the region
- Customer Excellence: Resolve customer inquiries and issues with efficiency and empathy, guaranteeing satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships
- Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, develop and implement processes to enhance efficiency, and monitor KPIs for optimal department performance. Manage scheduling and priorities for field service team. Supervise service team providing guidance on complex system issues and technical escalations, assist with parts ID
- Financial Oversight: Manage the department’s budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and maintaining profitability. Grow customer contract agreements and spare parts programs
- Maintain Quality: Implement high standards of service quality, and lead your team in continuous improvement. Assure staff training (both equipment and OSHA), compliance reporting and documentation
- Service Productization: Collaborate with the commercial team to create and market service packages that meet client needs while driving revenue
